The sports outfit

THE POOL BAG

Bath towels

The water bottle
Whether you practice to be in shape or to be efficient, you absolutely must remember to bring a bottle of water. During a training session, you will inevitably sweat and therefore dehydrate yourself. A bottle of water, possibly accompanied by an additive rich in mineral salts, will allow you to rehydrate, which will reduce the risk of aches during the following days. If you prefer natural products, you can opt for coconut water for example.
The lipstick
The lips are often the first to suffer from dehydration. Remember to take a lipstick to apply at the end of the session. A lip stick fits in a pocket and you will never regret having one on hand.
The snack
To recover well from a sports session, water is not enough. A snack will provide you with the sugars and proteins necessary for the recovery of your muscles which have worked well. You can opt for a protein bar (be careful to choose it well, that it contains more protein and less sugar and fat), dried fruit or nuts, such as walnuts or almonds, or a banana. You need to recover, so treat yourself and combine business with pleasure.
The deodorant
Also consider deodorant, as natural as possible. Prefer one that is applied directly to the skin and does not prevent perspiration. During the session, he will avoid bad odors due to sweating.
